I had a fantastic time at Antera Hotel & Residences. the location is unbeatable but there were a few hiccups during my stay. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable and the rooftop jacuzzi was a highlight, but the air conditioning issues and shower problems were frustrating.

My One-Bedroom Private Jacuzzi & Roof room was spacious, with a big, comfy king bed. though the shower never heated up during my stay, which made for some chilly experiences. I did love the private rooftop area for sunbathing and late-night dips.

The staff was genuinely nice and accommodating. they even sent a handyman for the jacuzzi issue, but some service aspects fell short, like the cleaning schedule that often coincided with our return to the room.

My stay at Antera Hotel & Residences had its ups and downs. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Playa del Carmen. However, the noise from the clubs nearby made tranquility elusive. Although my room was clean and the staff friendly, the overall experience was marred by disturbances during the night.
